All you need to know about what happens to your information

This privacy policy talks you through how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit my site, and if we work together.

When you visit this Site, my website company WordPress will automatically collect some information about the device you are using. This will be information such as, cookies that are installed on your device, the web browser you are using, the time zone you are in, and lastly your IP address. What also happens upon viewing this site is, when you visit a particular page/section or view a gallery, information will be collected to show me the response to each page and gallery. I can see what people are looking at when they visit my site. This is known as device information. It is collected in different way via cookies, web beacons and log files.

A cookie is a data file on your device that will store anonymous identifiers. Web beacons are things such as pixels and tags. These two are electronic files; they are responsible for recording data about how you view a website, the pages you look at. Log files will record track actions that happen on the site, they collect their data through your IP address, your internet provider, give me a time and date stamp. All this information helps me to see when my site is used and what is most popular on my site. None of the information that is collected will be used other than to show me my sites activities.

When you use the above contact form you will be giving me your personal information. Why is this needed and what will I do with it?

When you contact me through the contact form, I will gain information from you such as your name and an email address. This information will only be used to respond to your enquiry. This information is not sold or passed onto any third party. Its only use at this point is to allow me to answer your enquiry.

On my contact form I do ask for other personal information. Your home or mobile number, this is not a required field. Therefore you do not need to give this information. If you choose to it will not be sold or passed onto any third party. It is just used as another means to contact you about your enquiry.

Generally the information that is collected will be used to fulfill any work between the parties (you and me). It will also provide both parties with any necessary communications, means to process payments, arranging for shipping of products and supplying invoices.

Personal information such as a Client’s name, contact details along with any signatures are also necessarily received on a contract or release form. This is needed as proof of permission for photographer and client. It shows the agreement of terms of usage for photographs and employment of the photographer.
